Arnau Llopart is a Principal at Volalte. He was brought up in Barcelona and spent his early years at two different British and Swiss schools. He holds a Telco engineering degree and has studied at several top executive education schools earning an EMBA at ESADE in 2013, the MIT ACE in 2015 (ACE – Advanced Certificate for Executives of Management, Innovation, and Technology), and the IESE PDG in 2021 (PDG – General Management Program).
He has 18 years of professional experience after following the corporate path and holding several C-level positions in the financial industry in Spain and in the USA. He then turned to the entrepreneurial adventure and scaled an MBO in the global health insurance industry based in Madrid.

Marc Ramón is a Principal at Volalte. He was brought up in Barcelona and has spent a great part of his life growing and managing family owned SMEs. He holds a Business Administration Major from the University of Barcelona as well as an MBA from the same school. He also completed the General Management program at IESE in 2021 (PDG – General Management Program).
He has 23 years of professional experience in high management roles in industrial, real estate, and distribution industries. He held the CEO position for 10 years after having led the sales efforts of the organisations he served for another 10. As a CEO he led the international expansion and aggressive growth of the company expanding operations not only geographically but also opening new business lines and subsidiaries.
